Benefis offering health care scholarships

If you’re a student seeking a degree in health care, Benefis Health System Foundation is offering the Healthcare Scholarship Program. The deadline for fall 2015 and spring 2016 semesters is June 1.

Scholarships vary in criteria, but all applicants must have a GPA of 2.75 or higher and full-time students must be taking nine or more credits. Also, be aware that some of the scholarships require a Work Commitment Agreement with Benefis.

Maximum awards for scholarships are $2,500 a semester, or $5,000 for a year. Scholarships and applications are available on Benefis Foundation’s website at benefisfoundation.org.
