She’s done it again!

MaKall Siron, 21, the general manager of Jimmy John's in Great Falls, was presented a leadership award from the company for the second time.

Dan Stevens, owner of the Jimmy John’s restaurant franchise, was thrilled when his young Great Falls general manager, Makall Siron, won a national leadership award at the company’s biannual meeting in Las Vegas in 2014.

Siron, who joined the store at age 16 while still a student at Great Falls High School, was awarded a Rolex watch by company owner Jimmy Johns for her enthusiasm, hard work and leadership.

Last week Siron, who just turned 21, won the same leadership award, but not the same prize, at the company’s latest Las Vegas convention, Stevens proudly reported. Five Jimmy John’s general managers in the country, out of 2,400 stores, won back-to-back leadership awards, and the repeat winners were given a substantial cash award rather than a second Rolex.

“Makall continues to be a great example for young people,” Stevens said. “I couldn’t be prouder.”

“She’s a hard worker, with a dynamic, can-do personality that’s contagious,” he said, and continues to improve customer satisfaction, store cleanliness and sales.

Siren continues to be general manager of the Great Falls restaurant, but Stevens recently assigned her area management responsibility for the Helena store.
