HELENA (AP) – Lawmakers in the House are scheduled to vote on a $150 million infrastructure bill on Monday.

Senate Bill 416 was crafted by a bipartisan group and introduced by Republican Sen. Jon Brenden of Scobey about a month ago, after lawmakers rejected a $400 million proposal from the governor.

It was amended Thursday to reflect the latest compromise among Republicans, Democrats and the governor.

On Saturday, the House twice voted against the measure, but agreed to take it up again Monday.

It is the final issue before the Legislature, which has already passed a two-year budget.
