Winners of Nov. 28 Parade of Lights announced

The winners of the Downtown Great Falls Association’s 21st Annual Parade of Lights, held Nov. 28, are:

•First Place overall winner: Santa Clause

•Second Place winner: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana

•Third Place winner: STAR Radio

•Best Use of Lights: Special Olympics

• Best Marching Unit: Sparkette's

•Best Music Entry: Just For Kix
