Merry & Bright: Lauren Burk

“We’re planning to have my grandparents up from Oklahoma to celebrate Christmas, and we hope to have my boyfriend’s family over to exchange gifts with them. It’s always interesting with the Burks. One time when I still lived in Oklahoma, we were setting up the Christmas tree and the lights sparked, and it set the tree on fire. No one knew what to do so we stared at it, but Grandpa threw it out the window, and we watched it burn in the snow.”
