A Great Falls woman and a juvenile male are accused of breaking into vacant home over the weekend.

Charging documents say a local real estate agent setting up for an open house called the police Sunday after his elementary-age children found the two lying naked on a bedroom floor. The police report says the children were disturbed and ran to their father, who also saw the two suspects on the floor.

The report says the suspects ran from the southcentral Great Falls home but were later located by police.

Briana Noel Moore, 22, is charged with burglary, a felony, and misdemeanor criminal mischief. She was scheduled to make an initial court appearance Monday.

Documents say Moore told police the 17-year-old male kicked in the rear door of the home to get inside. The report says the door was split down the middle, the lock box used by real estate was damaged and a window screen was torn. The damage was estimated to be less than $1,500.

Charging documents say the state is unaware of Moore’s criminal history. The state requested bail be set at $10,000.
