Bozeman girls top CMR

BOZEMAN – The Bozeman Hawk girls remained undefeated in Eastern AA play Friday night as they held C.M. Russell to just three scorers as the Hawks prevailed 40-34.

Riana Rogers was the only Hawk girl in double figures with 16 points. Bozeman (3-0, 7-3) stormed out to a 16-4 lead after eight minutes, and led 25-12 at the break.

Tristin Achenbach led the Rustlers (2-1, 5-4) with 16 markers. Addison Gardner added 12 and Kyra Willis rounded out the scoring with six.

The Rustler girls continue Eastern AA play Saturday at Billings West at 4:30.
